For safety reasons we do not accept returned lotions. You wouldn't want to purchase a lotion that had been returned to us would you? Be sure you know what you buying. Some lotions are hot and are not for everyone. If we send you the wrong product, please do not open the bottle. We will ask you to send it back to us and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.

Shipping Policy

Most items are in stock and orders placed by 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the next day. Out of stock and B.O. items will be shipped within 2-6 days. Standard shipping method is U.S.P.S Priority mail 2 to 3 days. Foreign order are shipped Global Express Mail 4 to 10 day delivery.
